Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with troubleshooting, product guidance, and resolving service-related issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on client issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience and address service gaps.
  • Handle client feedback, escalations, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Meet performance goals, including response times, client satisfaction, and issue resolution efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, client-facing, or support role is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
