A leading company in customer support is seeking dynamic Customer Support Agents in Portugal. This position includes support for Italian-speaking customers through various channels and provides comprehensive training, a relocation package, and opportunities for career development. Ideal candidates will be fluent in both Italian and English, with a strong dedication to customer care.
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer support to help them find dynamic Customer Support Agents to work in Lisbon and Porto, Portugal.
Work from Home positions are also available, however you will need to be located in Portugal.
For the roles in Lisbon in Porto, you will receive a relocation package including permanent accommodation from the company and help with relocation as well as reimbursement of flight costs.
Provide support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Fluent in Italian (C1), both written and verbal communication, and have an advanced level of English (B2)
Prior experience in c ustomer support is beneficial, especially with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email).
Have empathy and dedication to delivering high-quality service, making customer satisfaction a top priority.
Comfortable with technology : able to multitask and use tools like smartphones, tablets, and computers efficiently.
You’re well-organized and can manage your time effectively, even under pressure.
Full-time, indefinite contract (with flexibility based on your experience and our client’s needs)
Work in a central location in Lisbon, in Porto or remote in Portugal
