We are seeking Fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our client's service provider team. This is a remote position within Greece, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide clear and professional support to French-speaking customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines
  • Cooperate closely with internal teams when needed
Requirements
  • Fluent Italian (C1+)
  • Good command of English (for internal communication)
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • EU Passport holder or currently residing in Greece
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
