CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Customer Support Specialist for Social Media with relocation support. The role focuses on assisting clients with social media advertising inquiries and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

You will work in Lisbon on-site, 40 hours per week, with training provided and holiday bonuses under a Portuguese contract. Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) required, and preference for candidates passionate about social media and client success.

Competenze

• Italian language at C2 level and English at B2 level or higher.
• Full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Experience in customer support for social media advertising is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns.
