HY Solar is a N-type zero carbon industry chain integrator, and we highly value our global Solar Module business. We are looking for ambitious, confident members to join our sales team.

Job Duties
  1. Analyze the market in the Italian region and develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy;
  2. Use your own network to develop a company network in the region to source, evaluate, and negotiate distributed and utility-scale projects;
  3. Manage key client accounts in the region; standardize and negotiate module sales, with an agreed sales target per year;
  4. Establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, real estate companies, or any other entities that could generate a pipeline of projects;
  5. Set and continually manage project forecasts with team members and other stakeholders;
  6. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; a Master's degree is preferred;
  2. Minimum of 5+ years experience in solar PV or handling key clients;
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  4. Strong understanding of energy systems, including proper usage of basic modules and conventional installation and interconnection methods;
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics and systems.
