HY Solar Sales Manager - Italy

HY Solar is a N-type zero carbon industry chain integrator, and we highly value our global Solar Module business. We are seeking ambitious, confident professionals to join our sales team in Italy.

Job Duties
  1. Analyze the market in the Italian region and develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy.
  2. Leverage your network to develop a company network in the region to source, evaluate, and negotiate distributed and utility-scale projects.
  3. Manage key client accounts in the region, standardize and negotiate module sales, with an annual sales target.
  4. Establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, real estate companies, or other entities that can generate project pipelines.
  5. Set and continually manage project forecasts with team members and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in solar PV or handling key clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, including basic modules, conventional installation, and interconnection methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
