Job summary

Lexroom, a legal AI platform, is hiring a Renewals Specialist to drive retention across our Italian and international customer base. You’ll own the end-to-end renewal process, analyze usage data to spot at-risk accounts, and partner with Customer Success Managers to maintain CRM hygiene and protect recurring revenue.

In this entry point role, you’ll learn the renewals game and have the opportunity to grow into a Customer Success Manager within around six months, taking ownership of a portfolio

Qualifications

• 0-1 years in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with data in a CRM and usage scores.
• Organized and detail-oriented portfolio management.
• Proactive and resilient outreach.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal process end to end for an assigned portfolio.
• Monitor engagement/usage scores; flag at-risk accounts.
• Support CSMs with renewal packages and CRM hygiene.
• Spot usage drop-offs and escalate with full context.
• Track renewal KPIs and contribute to churn-prevention playbook.
