Responsabilités

• Listen to recorded English conversations and review AI-generated transcripts.
• Correct transcription errors, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting.
• Ensure transcripts reflect the original spoken content accurately.
• Identify contextual errors, misinterpretations, and inaccuracies AI may miss.
• Verify spelling, sentence structure and word usage.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and readability.
• Follow project guidelines and established transcription standards.
• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations without compromising quality.
• Flag unclear audio and quality concerns for review.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement feedback processes.
