LJ Global Horizon in Athens is seeking Multilingual Customer Advisors to support Italian, French, German, or Dutch markets. The role can be on-site or remote, with relocation to Athens mandatory for select projects.

You will handle phone, chat, and email inquiries, guide buyers and clients to succeed, and help improve service quality. Training begins day one with a relocation package provided.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• Experience in customer service; telesales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, motivated and ready to grow.
