Job Description for Quality Rating Analyst

Welocalize is an award-winning localization and data transformation company. We operate one of the world’s largest Ads Rating Programs and are seeking to expand our team with qualified professionals.

We are looking for German speakers based in Brazil to join us as a Quality Rating Analyst.

Role Overview: As a Quality Rating Analyst, you will establish the standards for Ads Rating in German, analyzing complex tasks, and identifying guideline-compliant solutions to significantly enhance Ads Rating quality.

You will be part of a diverse team comprising data scientists, analysts, and expert raters dedicated to improving the digital experience globally.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

• Have experience as an Ads Quality Rater
• Are analytical and data-driven
• Can effectively summarize complex information
• Can interpret a wide range of human perspectives on keywords

Details:

• Job Title: German Quality Rating Analyst
• Location: Remote / Work from home (opportunity for full contracting)
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Freelance, with potential to transition to full-time
• Project Duration: 12 months, with possible extension

Experience & Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Reside in Brazil
• At least 2 years of experience as an Ads Quality Rater
• Background in data analytics, linguistics, or related fields
• Understanding of modern pop culture
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Proficiency with online search engines
• Ability to sign NDAs and service agreements
