Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across channels. You will provide professional support for orders, accounts, products, and services, ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to resolution.

The role requires fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. You will work in a dynamic international team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
