A leading technology company is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for remote positions based in Portugal, with relocation support. Job Details
  • Location: Portugal (Remote with relocation support)
  • Contract: 6 months (renewable)
  • Relocation Package: Included (flight + accommodation support)
  • Submission Deadline: 29 May
About The Role

Join a dynamic Sales & Support team delivering outstanding service and inbound sales for a global tech brand. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling post-sales topics: deliveries, refunds, and warranties
  • Promoting tech products and achieving sales goals
  • Ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Managing orders using CRM tools
Who We're Looking For
  • Native Italian speaker, English B2+
  • Tech-savvy and customer-focused
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service/sales experience preferred
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, Mon-Sat (08:00-19:00); 2 days off
