About the Role :

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal Greece or Bulgaria! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

1 . Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone email and chat.

2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products orders services billing and technical issues.

3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
