Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand across relocated roles in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria. The role is based on-site in Florence and requires strong communication with clients via phone, email, and chat.

You'll assist Italian-speaking customers with product, order, billing and technical inquiries, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
• Must be a valid EU citizen and willing to relocate abroad.
