Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our client's international customer service team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of well-known global brands, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues or product concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Accurately log all interactions and update customer records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above).
  • Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece.
