Successful candidates will assist users through various channels and ensure content compliance. This full-time position offers relocation support and requires availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.

What Youll Do

Customer Support:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Provide accurate product and service information

• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels

Content Moderation:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content

• Enforce compliance with platform policies

• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams

• Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety

What Were Looking For

• Italian fluency (C1 or higher)

• English proficiency (minimum B2)

• EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability to work on-site in Porto

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
