Job summary

CB Talents is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers of a digital banking service on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires relocating to Lisbon with a reimbursed flight, a free apartment, and bonuses totaling €1,500.

You will support customers in Italian and English, handle account and payment inquiries, and work 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, on-site with a team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed.
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.
