Your duties will be diverse, from managing hardware and software assets to implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and ensure regulatory compliance. • Coordinate the full life cycle of company assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal resource allocation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for efficient IT asset tracking.
• Focus on customer perspective, promoting transparency in communication and fostering an exceptional guest experience.
• Utilize advanced software tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for efficient asset management and streamlined processes.
• Proactively identify IT system bottlenecks and areas for improvement, devising innovative solutions.
