A leading law firm seeks an IT Training Coordinator to support its Italian IT team. This role involves organizing training and providing helpdesk support, ensuring user proficiency and satisfaction in IT services. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Italian. The resource will join the Italian IT team and provide support to the Firm by reporting directly to the IT Manager Italy.
The role involves the following key responsibilities in the area of IT training :
In addition, the role will provide helpdesk support to the second line Service Desk support team in the areas described below
Providing out-of-hours help desk support to users on a rotating basis (with other members of the IT Department), either remotely or, when necessary, on site.
