YOUR TASKS

Become a part of our IT Infrastructure unit based in Caleppio di Settala. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Expert (m/f/d) who will work for a Sun Chemical Italian branch with three sites/plants in Lombardia. Your responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining local IT services within the boundaries of Corporate IT policies.
2. Applying Corporate policies where necessary and educating local staff about these policies.
3. Acting as a local subject matter expert for IT.
4. Resolving user issues through logical problem-solving approaches.
5. Staying up-to-date with IT trends, industry standards, known issues, and IT asset management.
6. Engaging in CBT/self-paced learning to enhance technical abilities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist or relevant IT studies.
• Work experience of 3-5 years is preferred.
• Experience with Windows 7, 8.1, 10, and Windows Server operating systems.
• Profound knowledge of Linux OS and Virtual Machines Management.
• Strong ability to manage deliverables from creation to implementation while maintaining budget and deadlines.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Full Driving License.
