We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise systems, ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure, and providing end-user support for system-related issues. This role requires an organized individual with a strong technical background, fluency in English, and the ability to adapt to and document the existing IT environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain virtualization and physical platforms, including VMware and other systems.
2. Ensure the reliability and security of Windows and Linux servers.
3. Implement and oversee core infrastructure processes and other functional and compliance controls to ensure data integrity and security.
4. Provide end-user support for system-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving them in a timely manner.
5. Familiarize yourself with the existing IT environment and infrastructure.
6. Create, update, and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
7. Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and security.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our IT infrastructure.

Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in virtualization of Windows and Linux servers.
2. Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
3. Strong understanding of industry standards, controls, and best practices in IT security and operations.
4. Experience in providing end-user support and troubleshooting system-related issues.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
8. Relevant certifications are a plus.
