Barilla cerca unprofessionista ICT per supportare progetti di infrastruttura IT e SAP a livello globale, contribuendo a definire soluzioni governate e scalabili in Parma. La persona lavorerà con team interni ed esterni per allineare requisiti ad architetture e obiettivi di costo.

È richiesto titolo di laurea magistrale e almeno sei mesi di esperienza in ICT project management, con fluente italiano e inglese. Conoscenze SAP Basis, SAP PO e SAP Integration Suite sono un plus.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Informatica o campo affine.
• Almeno 6 mesi di esperienza nella gestione ICT/IT di progetti complessi.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese sia parlata che scritta.
• Conoscenze SAP Basis, SAP PO e SAP Integration Suite rappresentano un plus.

Mansioni

• Supporto alla delivery di progetti infrastrutturali IT e di soluzioni SAP in tutte le fasi di progetto.
• Coordinare flussi tecnici di progetti IT assicurando allineamento a architettura e linee guida.
• Collaborare con Enterprise Architects per mantenere architetture e governance documentate.
• Gestire la rete di outsourcers e monitorare i livelli di servizio.
• Pianificare ed eseguire attività di integrazione tecnica e sistemi entro linee guida architetturali.
• Contribuire allo sviluppo e mantenimento di data exchange tra i sistemi Barilla.
• Garantire disponibilità e affidabilità delle soluzioni tramite incident e problem management.

In questa role, you will support IT systems and infrastructure projects, collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure reliable, governed solutions. You contribute to SAP-related and technical streams, aligning requirements with architecture and cost targets. You work with the Systems & Integration team to manage outsourcers and maintain system governance and data exchanges. This is a hands-on position in a global food company with a clear digital transformation focus, offering opportunities to shape technical solutions at scale. You will partner across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT projects in Parma.

• Support delivery of systems infrastructure and SAP technical projects across project phases
• Assist technical streams of IT business projects ensuring alignment with architecture and guidelines
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to maintain architectures and governance documentation
• Help manage the Systems and Integration team outsourcers network and monitor service levels
• Plan and execute technical and system integration activities within support processes and architectural guidelines
• Contribute to development and maintenance of data exchanges across Barilla systems
• Support availability and reliability of Barilla solutions through incident/problem management and performance monitoring
• Stay updated on IT infrastructure solutions, technologies, vendors, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information / Telecommunication Engineering, Data Science or equivalent
• At least six months of ICT Project Management experience in complex contexts
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes
• SAP Basis knowledge, SAP PO and SAP Integration Suite are a plus
• Ability to summarize and organize information in technical and operational documents
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Ability to identify unconventional / innovative solutions
• Availability to business trips (Italy and abroad)
