Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model, created to serve the needs of community, oncology, and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. We have an immediate need for an IT System Support Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ .

Work Schedule : 8 : 00am - 5pm MST

IT System Support Specialist Summary

This position is responsible for the planning, configuration, installation, implementation, evaluation, training, and maintenance of core technologies including but not limited to Exchange, AD, and Network troubleshooting. The primary responsibilities include analyzing business / clinical needs and developing Client / Network / Telecom technologies to support Onco360's business and clinical teams. Responsibilities range from evaluation, configuration, installs, support, network, telecom, and system upgrades.

Provides support and consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software. Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains systems for inventory, asset, and license management, OS image and driver deployment, software deployment and packaging, client encryption, and automation scripts.

Supports network, telephone infrastructure services, and systems including voice services, call center applications, and monitoring and maintenance of systems. Evaluates and audits telecommunications network or hardware for integrity and capacity planning.

Major Responsibilities

  • Support Onco360’s vision of using technology to provide an innovative, patient-centric approach to navigate the complexities of cancer care.
  • Experience with Exchange, firewalls, switches, AD, and client technologies is required.
  • Support end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems hardware and software, including configuration, installation, and maintenance for internal, external, and remote workforce.
  • Diagnose, analyze, research, and resolve computer problems in a Windows Enterprise environment.
  • Image desktops, laptops, terminals, install software, encryption, and configure user profiles.
  • Hardware replacement, rebuild, and evaluate / document the condition of equipment for reuse or disposal.
  • Troubleshoot network issues using fundamentals, concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Design, configure, deploy, and support VoIP PBX, VoIP Platform, Modular Messaging, and Call Center applications.
  • Maintain service levels of telephony systems and network, support inventory database of Telecom hardware and facilities.
  • Document and track customer support requests / issues within the ticketing system.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to technical and non-technical customers and work with IT management to develop procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, adhering to company policies and standards.

Position Requirements

Education :

  • Required : Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Desired : Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Work Experience :

  • Required : 2+ years in IT.
  • Desired : Healthcare or pharmacy systems experience preferred.

Skills / Knowledge :

  • Required : Experience with Group Policy, Active Directory, logon scripts, batch language, VBScript, AutoIT, SQL, OS image build, Symantec Endpoint Protection.
  • Desired : Proficiency in Exchange, Network Administration, healthcare IT solutions, and relevant hardware / software.
