On behalf of our Client, a well-established IT provider, GRS are seeking to recruit an IT Support in Nicosia. The successful candidate must provide support services to all of the company’s clients according to the terms & conditions of the business. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L2 & L3 support to clients/Users (remote and on-site)
• Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware / Software (PCs/Notebooks/Servers)
• Design, implement and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory
• Plan, install, configure and support Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365)
• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of Infrastructure solutions
• Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers, and vendors to provide technical assistance and support

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering
• Minimal 1-2 years of IT experience with emphasis on Windows platforms
• Hands-on experience on Windows Platforms
• Managing a Windows domain, particularly working with Active Directory and Group Policy, is an advantage
• Planning, installing, supporting Microsoft Office 365 Services (advantage)
