Job Description:

IT Supervisor Warehouse Management Systems

Head up our Warehouse Management System (WMS) development to keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently, so we can deliver what matters.

Your Tasks

1. Strategically manage our Warehouse Management System product roadmap, collaborating with business unit representatives to align goals and visions
2. Lead our development team, which includes both in-house staff and external partners
3. Plan and implement innovative customer projects, driving growth and enhancing engagement
4. Handle application management and support across various European countries, keeping our standards of service high and reliable

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
2. Experience with supply chain management
3. Proficient in major WMS (e.g., Manhattan, SAP), Microsoft tech stack (C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET), and the Software Development Life Cycle
4. Experienced in project and program management, including team, vendor, and budget oversight
5. Strong communication skills in Italian and English
6. Willingness to travel
