About the job

Based in Milan, you will be responsible for ensuring local operations are carried out according to central policies and standards. You will provide second-level support to local users and handle Client Lifecycle Management. You will manage LAN, MAN, and WAN networks.

Your operational and technical responsibilities include:

1. Management of all IT assets (hardware, software, and service agreements), including lifecycle management from procurement to disposal.
2. Performing server and network activities requiring physical presence, such as cabling, installation, and maintenance.
3. Supporting retail hardware, store infrastructure, and applications.
4. Supporting specific areas like Digital Signage and InStore Music for IR customers.
5. Supporting local telephony and unified communication systems.
6. Providing Move-Add-Change (MAC) services for IT workplaces and offices.
7. Responding to user requests as a 2nd Level local Support, escalating when necessary.
8. Assisting in procurement processes for IT devices and services.
9. Contributing to local IT projects and new requirements under the guidance of local IT colleagues.

About you

We seek a talented individual with:

• A university degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology.
• Autonomy and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
• Team orientation and ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
• An innovative, creative, and can-do attitude.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting is a plus.
