Summary

Duties

• Resolve end user requirements related to voice, data, video, network services, and telecommunications media for current and emerging technologies.
• Handle ordering, tracking, and disposal of contractor services, hardware, and software, following lifecycle management best practices.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and solutions for development, installation, usage, and sustainment of technologies and telecommunication products.
• Manage accounts, network rights, and system access.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities to maintain hardware, software, and network integrity.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be suitable for federal employment.
• Pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
• Obtain and maintain a valid US driver’s license.
• Obtain and maintain necessary security clearance.
• Complete required DAWIA certification within specified timeframes.
• Complete training and obtain a government travel card.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including remote sites.
• This is a Mission Essential position requiring operational continuity.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent in private / public sector, including :

• Attention to Detail : Defining technical requirements for systems and networks.
• Customer Service : Engaging with clients to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Oral Communication : Effectively communicating technical information.
• Problem Solving : Identifying issues and evaluating solutions.

Additional experience should include applying troubleshooting methods, defining technical requirements, and evaluating IT service approaches, supported by your resume.

This position is subject to a hiring freeze and is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
