Technical Hunters srl cerca uno IT Software Automation Specialist da inserire a Genova, presso la sede centrale, per progettare, costruire e mantenere soluzioni di automazione critiche. Ruolo molto visibile, consulenza interna e collaborativo con stakeholder di vari dipartimenti.

Il candidato ideale possiede almeno 5+ anni di esperienza, è fluente in italiano e inglese, e lavorerà onsite al 100% nella sede di Genova. Interesserà ai sistemi di pagamento e alle workflow automation.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza comprovata in automazione IT, integrazione di sistemi o ruolo di scripting avanzato.
• Competenza avanzata in Python, JavaScript e SQL.
• Ottime capacità di ascolto attivo e di tradurre esigenze non tecniche in specifiche tecniche.
• Fluenza professionale in italiano e inglese (scritto e parlato).
• Disponibilità a lavorare 100% in sede a Genova.

Mansioni

• Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere automazioni e integrazioni robuste.
• Gestire processi legati ai sistemi di pagamento, con alta affidabilità e sicurezza.
• Rivestire ruolo di consulente tecnico interno per i reparti.
• Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti di automazione, dalla raccolta requisiti al deployment.
• Assicurare il supporto avanzato e escalation per problemi software/hardware.
• Collaborare con team remoti e locali sull’infrastruttura IT condivisa.

Descrizione del lavoro

Luogo di lavoro: Genova Our client company, a key player in the pet food industry, is seeking an IT Software Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain the critical automation solutions that power the business. This is not just a support role; you will be a key internal consultant, transforming complex business needs-from core payment systems to departmental workflows-into secure, scalable, and practical automation solutions. This is a highly visible, user-facing position based full-time at their Genoa headquarters (no remote working). You will be responsible for a portfolio of internal automation projects, collaborating directly with stakeholders across all departments. Your ability to actively listen and understand their challenges will be as crucial as your technical skill in developing tools, integrating systems, and enhancing daily operations for teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain robust automations and integrations, primarily using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Critical Systems Oversight: Take a leading role in automating processes related to our payment systems, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, security, and accuracy.
• Internal Consultancy: Act as a primary technical consultant for internal departments. Proactively engage with users to listen, analyze, and map business processes, identifying high-impact automation opportunities.
• Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of internal automation projects, from initial requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancement.
• Troubleshooting & Escalation: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex software, hardware, and workflow issues, troubleshooting problems that impact business operations.
• Infrastructure Collaboration: Work alongside remote engineers and local teams to maintain and advance our shared IT infrastructure.
• Innovation & Research: Continuously research, evaluate, and propose new automation tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

RequisitiMust-Have:

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT automation, systems integration, or a senior scripting-focused role (e.g., DevOps, SRE).
• Expert proficiency in scripting and development with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills; a proven ability to understand the "why" behind a request and translate complex non-technical needs into clear technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep curiosity for understanding how complex systems function and interact.
• Full professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Willingness and ability to work 100% on-site at our Genoa office.
• Excellent English level

Nice-to-Have (Highly Valued):

• Direct experience with financial systems, payment gateways, or high-reliability transaction processing environments.
• Strong experience with API integration (REST, SOAP) and system-to-system data workflows.
• Solid understanding of both software and hardware architectures in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
