  • MISSION

We are looking for an IT Profile with a Lean Management Approach to join our Strategic Projects team within Richemont Leather Goods Hub based in Scandicci (FI).

The incumbent will serve as the local operational point of reference for IT systems, apps, and tools, mainly PLM, SAP, and Tulip, in coordination with the central Group Technology Team (based in Geneva) to ensure full compliance with Group guidelines.

He/she will also actively manage local continuous improvement projects related to systems, apps, and tools, collaborating with team members and Key Users.

  • MAIN DUTIES

On a Group Level :

  • Follow-up on IT support tickets with the Group IT Support Team and develop analytical dashboards to identify improvement actions.
  • Map and manage IT enhancement requests for current systems, apps, and tools with the Group IT Product Development Team.
  • Coordinate IT system update cycles with the Group, conduct local testing of new versions, and provide feedback on outcomes.

On a Local Level :

  • Perform routine system and data checks in SAP.
  • Manage Tulip apps (development & maintenance).
  • Oversee the IT Onboarding process for new hires, guiding hiring managers in assigning system authorizations based on the new employee's role.
  • Collaborate with the Master Data Manager to create new workflows ensuring proper data checks.

PROFILE

  • Degree in computer engineering, computer sciences, electronics, industrial automation, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and daily use of SAP ECC, EWM, MM, APO, GTS, BI, gained over at least 3 years.
  • Over 8 years of work experience in the IT sector.
  • Experience as a consultant in manufacturing/logistics contexts or within internal IT project management teams for manufacturing transformation processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • ITIL Certification, knowledge of Qlickview and Matlab are strong advantages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visual Basic macros.
  • Analytical, methodical, and client-oriented approach.
  • Good communication and pedagogical skills.
