Your Opportunity :

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, IT Service Desk Specialist will help in overseeing the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient resolution of IT support requests, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of the support staff, set performance standards, monitor ticket resolution, and implement strategies to improve service delivery. The role involves acting as a bridge between end-users and IT teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly while identifying trends to prevent recurring problems. The Service Desk Specialist also focuses on optimizing workflows and leveraging tools to enhance the support experience.

Your Contribution :

  • Participate on the On-Site Support Activities : Ensuring the service desk team efficiently addresses in-person IT issues, including hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
  • Supervising IT Equipment Deployment : Managing installation, configuration, and maintenance of on-site hardware and peripherals for MacOS and Windows devices.
  • Managing User Accounts in Active Directory : Overseeing the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and adherence to security policies.
  • Active Directory Group Policy : Implementing and maintaining Group Policies to control configurations, enhance security, and streamline device management for on-site users.
  • Password Management and Account Recovery : Ensuring efficient processes for resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, and resolving AD-related access issues for on-site staff.
  • Troubleshooting AD and O365 Issues : Resolving login problems, synchronization errors, or connectivity issues affecting on-site employees.
  • Device Enrolment and Management : Ensuring on-site devices are properly registered and compliant within both AD and O365 ecosystems, overseeing the setup, activation, and assignment of iPhones to employees, ensuring proper configuration for email, contacts, and organizational apps through the installation and updates of applications on Macs and iPhones adopting Apple Business Manager (ABM), or similar mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
  • Providing Training and Support : Guiding on-site staff in the use of AD and O365 tools, such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, for maximum efficiency.

Your Skills :

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in the role; experience in Fashion / Luxury Industry a plus.
  • Fluent verbal and written English;
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with system administration tools and scripting (PowerShell for Windows, bash / zsh for macOS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in technology and user needs.
  • Work effectively with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to deliver seamless service.
  • Patience and empathy in user interactions.
  • Availability to support operations at two physical office sites.
