We're seeking an experienced IT Senior Solution Architect to join our innovative team in Naples. In this critical role, you will design cutting-edge IT solutions, conduct architectural assessments, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure optimal performance and security of our systems, and optimize existing solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our digital transformation and aligning IT initiatives with our business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Design IT Solutions : Develop robust, scalable, and efficient IT solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
• Conduct Architectural Assessments : Evaluate new and existing IT systems to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and performance criteria.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships : Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to understand needs, communicate solutions, and facilitate successful implementations.
• Ensure Performance and Security : Oversee the optimization of system performance and implement security measures to protect data and maintain system integrity.
• Optimize Existing Solutions : Analyze current systems to identify areas for improvement, recommending enhancements and overseeing their implementation.
• Provide Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies : Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years in solution architecture or related roles, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex IT systems.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of architectural design patterns, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), microservices, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Security Expertise : In-depth understanding of security principles and data protection regulations.
• Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• Communication Skills : Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
