We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Europe Delivery Service Partner business. This role involves managing Delivery Service Partner accounts in Italy, collaborating with internal teams to create, innovate, and transform processes to launch new delivery programs, creating opportunities for our partners.

This position may require travel up to 20%.

Key responsibilities
  1. End-to-end ownership of IT DSP2.0 recruitment and vetting
  2. Launching programs with internal stakeholders and reporting on key objectives
  3. Understanding Last Mile Delivery methods and collaborating with EU teams to implement programs
  4. Working with stakeholders to understand needs, timelines, and challenges to develop processes and meet team roadmaps
  5. Building relationships with product, program, and field teams to improve program execution
  6. Communicating key deliverables to stakeholders
Basic qualifications
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  • Experience in developing and executing business agreements
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-geographical teams
  • Experience working with technical teams to define requirements and influence product roadmaps
