About the Role: - Alpinestars is looking for a Sales Operation Project Manager to join the IT Department at our HQ.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery;
• Collaborating with development, operations, sales teams, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines and risk strategies;
• Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and updating stakeholders;
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, escalating when necessary;
• Facilitating effective communication among project teams and stakeholders;
• Ensuring quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle;
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Sales;
• At least 4 years in a similar role;
• Good command of English (B2);
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.
