About the Role - Alpinestars is looking for a Sales Operation Project Manager to join the IT Department at our HQ.

If you are highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects as an IT Sales Operation Project Manager, we are looking for someone like you.

Main responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery;
2. Collaborate closely with development, operations, sales teams, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and risk management strategies;
4. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary;
6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders;
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle;
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

1. Previous experience as Business Analyst (Sales Area);
2. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
3. Good level of English (B2);
4. Problem-solving and strong attitude on teamwork.
