About the Role

Alpinestars is seeking a Sales Operation Project Manager to join the IT Department at our HQ.

Main responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery;
2. Collaborate with development, operations, sales teams, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and risk management strategies;
4. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders;
5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary;
6. Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders;
7. Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle;
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills:

1. Experience as a Business Analyst in the Sales area;
2. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level);
4. Problem-solving skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
