Competenze

Descrizione del lavoro

The role is accountable for advice, awareness, planning, and monitoring of all activities related to IT & Cybersecurity Risk controls compliance.

It actively engages stakeholders in implementing controls and ensures IT & Cybersecurity Risk impacts are identified and prioritized in the tribe’s backlog. Tribes appoint IT Risk Chapters within their teams to guide the IT Risk compliance process, ensuring compliance within change management and maintaining the status of all IT & Cybersecurity Risk controls.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage Stakeholders and related squads;
  • Engage stakeholders (Tribe Leads, Product Owners, IT Area Leads) in implementing controls, ensuring IT Risk controls are identified and prioritized in the tribe’s backlog, providing visibility about the program, steps, deliverables, and estimations;
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact between the tribe, Central IT Risk COE, and CISO team;
  • Provide feedback and act as Single Point of Contact between asset’s Product Owners and CISO, responsible for remediating impediments related to IT & Cybersecurity Risk;
  • Manage IT Risk tools (ITRMP) status for his/her tribes;
  • Define a reliable and sustainable IT Risk yearly plan for his/her tribe’s assets;
  • Report recurrently to IT Risk Chapter Lead;
  • Collaborate with IT Risk, Security COE, and CISO team on Risk Roadmap evaluation for assets in scope;
  • Be the focal point in the tribe for IT & Cybersecurity Risk topics;
  • Continuously train tribe colleagues on new or updated IT Risk topics, templates, or procedures;
  • Raise issues if IT & Cybersecurity Risk targets are not achievable;
  • Support the Tribe Lead with IT Area Lead on all IT & Cybersecurity Risk topics;
  • Align with IT Custodian (IT Area Lead) for technical knowledge and support on assets;
  • Support other bank areas during Tech audits.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management or Cybersecurity roles within a complex, international environment, with domain expertise in Tech/Risk & Cybersecurity;
  • Knowledge of IT & Cybersecurity Risk processes;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advanced User).
