How You’ll Live Your Ambition

We seek a talented IT Project Manager for our headquarters in Genoa, Italy. Your role will be vital in managing the delivery and evolution of reservation system applications, collaborating with business lines and IT teams to optimize customer experience and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize business value by promoting synergies between IT strategy and business needs
• Define application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap
• Design software solutions using modern technology paradigms
• Coordinate application delivery teams and vendor involvement
• Facilitate team collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in global technology program implementation
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or IT; Master’s preferred
• Proven track record as Applications Delivery Manager with knowledge of various methodologies
• Business analysis and data management skills
• Strong knowledge of cloud application delivery
• Effective resource engagement inside and outside the organization
• Excellent proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration tools
• Fluent in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
• Strong teamwork and cultural openness
• Commitment to sustainability
