With a growing presence in 7 European countries, we are continuously expanding internationally and seeking talented professionals to join our team.

Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and analytical IT Project Manager & Business Analyst (French-speaking) to lead and coordinate complex technology projects in an international context. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for end-to-end project management but also for gathering and analyzing business requirements, transforming them into innovative software solutions for the transport sector.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the design and development of software solutions for the transport industry.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate customer needs into clear and detailed technical specifications.
• Produce project documentation and reports; manage meetings (kick-off, sprint reviews, Gantt charts, minutes).
• Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor project progress.
• Track project timelines and efficiency, proactively addressing issues when necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and transparent communication.
• Ensure projects meet technical requirements and defined quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis.
• Strong skills in process analysis and requirements gathering (BRD, user stories, functional specifications).
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in French (native or C1 level) and strong command of English (C1).
• Availability to travel on average twice per month to Paris, Piacenza (Italy), or client sites within the French market.
