Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage project teams. The IT Project Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
5. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
6. Lead and motivate project team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
7. Support the Technology BU on business development and proposals.

Professional Background & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role (preferably in the LS industry).
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
2. Master’s degree in a related field.
3. Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects.
4. Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
5. Fluent in English.

This position may require occasional travel and working outside regular hours to meet project deadlines.
