Job Description:

We areseeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning,execution, and delivery of various IT projects. The ideal candidate willpossess a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadershipskills, and the ability to effectively manage project teams. The IT ProjectManager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, andwithin budget.

Requirements

· Ensure that all projects aredelivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

· Identify and mitigate projectrisks and issues.

· Coordinate internal resourcesand third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Manage the relationship withthe client and all stakeholders.

· Provide regular updates tosenior management on project status and performance.

· Lead and motivate project teammembers, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.

· Support the Technology BU onbusiness development and proposals

PROFESSIONALBAKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or arelated field.

· Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role(preferred in LS industry)

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus will be considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

· Master’s degree in a related field.

· Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects.

· Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).

· Fluent in English

Thisposition may require occasional travel.

The rolemay involve working outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
