Arithmos emphasizes digital transformation in healthcare and life sciences, facilitating faster therapy development with quality and regulatory adherence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
• Lead and motivate project team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
• Support business development and proposals within the Technology Business Unit.

Professional Background & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Fluent in English.

This position may require occasional travel and outside regular working hours to meet project deadlines.
