What you’ll do :

• You will join the team of IT Portfolio & Program Management and in particular in the business / management IT Program Management reporting directly to the IT Program Manager;
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the management and monitoring of the program activities : Collaborate and support the factory Project Managers; Manage and update program plans and documentations, involving technical Project Manager; Organize and coordinate project SAL; Translate business requirements into e2e process, evaluating possible impacts.

Who you are :

• You have at least 2 / 3 years of experience in similar roles, managing medium / high complexity ICT projects (B2C and B2B);
• You have a degree in scientific subjects like engineering, ICT or in management;
• You have excellent knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Project, Power Point), you use collaboration and project management tools (eg ServiceNow);
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• You are flexible, proactive and objectives oriented. You have good relationship skills, negotiation, good standing;
• You know how to work in a team.

Preferably, you also have :

• Previous experience in a consulting company;
• Basic knowledge of IT development, systems, applications, tools.
