We are an IMEL (Istituto di Monetica Elettronica) with approximately 8 million payment cards and 400,000 POS devices.

For the IT Operation organizational unit, we are seeking an IT Operation Specialist for our team in Rome or Milan.

You will be part of an expanding and continuously evolving environment and will:

1. Manage and oversee the planning of application releases and system interventions;
2. Collaborate in managing the release backlog, ensuring proper registration, planning, and initiation;
3. Ensure adherence to scheduled activities and expected execution dates;
4. Handle reporting through monitoring specific KPIs related to releases.

• At least five years of experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of SQL;
• Good understanding of mainframe environment (Spufi, Ispf editor, JCL...);
• Precision and attention to detail;
• Ability to share information and knowledge effectively;
• Good command of the English language;
• Proven experience in the banking or monetica sector is considered a plus.
