Operation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational activities and ensure services are delivered as per contract.
  • Strategize service and process improvements for optimized and tailored managed services.
  • Work closely with the service delivery manager and teams.
  • Report to management and client sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an escalation point for critical issues and incidents.
  • Determine strategies for optimizing workflows and operationalizing processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management, support teams, stakeholders, and vendor partners to meet SLAs.
  • Drive best practices focusing on customer outcomes.
  • Manage diverse teams, encourage innovation, and solve complex business problems.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of client services related to availability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Ensure financial targets are met.

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.
  • Ability to multitask and exercise good business judgment.
