A prestigious International Law Firm in the center of Milan is looking for an IT support professional. This full-time role requires operational support and team coordination to ensure high-quality service. The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The person will work in a prestigious International Law Firm in the city center of Milan with a permanent contract.

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves a mix of operational IT support and team coordination to ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations.

In particular, the resource will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support and training to users on software and IT systems;
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure across fixed and mobile devices;
• Managing conference room setups for meetings and events;
• Overseeing IT issues to ensure efficient problem resolution;
• Coordinating and supporting junior IT resources while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm;
• Fluent in both Italian and English;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word (a test will be part of the selection process).
