Ce rôle implique de collaborer avec diverses fonctions pour définir des spécifications fonctionnelles et de coordonner les phases de test jusqu'au déploiement. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des contextes industriels, une expertise en systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt et une excellente maîtrise de l'italien et de l'anglais.

S&you, a renowned international brand specializing in Professional Staffing and the selection of qualified talents, is seeking for a prestigious company operating in the transport and logistics sector, with offices in Italy and abroad, a:

Role Description

As an IT Manager, you will collaborate with various company functions to gather operational requirements, develop functional specifications, and coordinate all testing phases until the deployment of solutions in a production environment.

You will also serve as the point of contact between the operational and technical teams, ensuring necessary support during implementation and post go-live phases.

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience of at least 5 years in the IT function within industrial contexts.
• Experience in developing and implementing solutions for Warehouse Management and Supply Chain, preferably in 3PL environments or with commercial WMS systems.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with key logistics and warehouse management systems.
• Skills in data utilization and statistical analysis to support operations.
• Experience managing distributed teams at an international level.
