Our client, an important company in the industrial sector, with production sites in Italy and abroad, is looking for an experienced

IT Manager

Reporting directly to the CIO, the IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team of specialists, overseeing the IT department, and managing the implementation of new systems and IT policies within the organization.

The role will involve coordinating the development and execution of IT business systems processes while ensuring the security of IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities and resources of the IT department.
• Oversee IT systems, coordinating the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
• Analyze IT infrastructure and system performance, assessing operational costs, productivity levels, update needs, and other key indicators.
• Supervise the security of systems, networks, and corporate information.
• Play a key role in protecting IT systems and data, overseeing the development and implementation of advanced cybersecurity strategies, ensuring the protection of digital assets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure the quality of security services and overall IT system performance.

Requirements and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and IT/OT systems (at least 7 years of experience in an IT Manager/IT Coordinator role within modern, well-organized manufacturing companies).
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong IT competencies: management of networks and servers, cybersecurity within manufacturing organizations.
• Advanced English language skills (C1 level) are a must for this position.

Location: Caserta

Salary Range: €50-55k + MBO. Company car not included.
