A leading company in IT Support Management is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee IT Support for the entire organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of both software and hardware usage. This role involves managing user rights, supporting staff across the organization, and overseeing IT contracts and investments.
Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.
Manage rights for users within the company and provide support to users.
Oversee IT-related aspects of local contracts, including investments, leasing, software licenses, and backups.
Require solid knowledge of software and hardware use.
Minimum 3 years of experience. Skills include: good knowledge of English (writing and speaking), strong organizational skills, good coordination skills, problem-solving, tactical planning, effective communication, and a client- and colleague-oriented attitude.
Ability to work at different organizational levels and lead a small team.
Desired skills:
Initiative and proactivity, calmness, confidence, team spirit, confidentiality, loyalty, resilience under stress, and good customer relations.
Knowledge of ITIL and basic networking skills.
Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus.
