P&C Insurance cerca un IT Referent con esperienza su RGI PASS per supportare evoluzioni applicative e iniziative operative nel dominio assicurativo.

Il candidato agirà da punto IT centrale, coordinando business, team tecnici, fornitori e sicurezza, per garantire delivery di progetti e cambi. Ruolo remoto con possibilità di work-from-home e collaborazione internazionale.

Competenze

• Esperienza pratica con la piattaforma RGI PASS.
• Conoscenza dei processi assicurativi P&C.
• Capacità di interfacciarsi con architetti, sviluppatori, infrastruttura e sicurezza.
• Esperienza gestione progetti IT, evoluzioni applicative e coordinamento fornitori.
• Ottime capacità organizzative e gestione degli stakeholder.
• Italiano fluente e inglese professionale.

We are looking for an experienced IT Referent with mandatory expertise on the RGI PASS insurance platform to support the management of application evolutions, projects, and operational initiatives within the P&C insurance domain.

The selected consultant will act as the primary IT point of contact, coordinating business needs, technical teams, vendors, infrastructure initiatives, and security requirements, ensuring successful delivery of project and change activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the IT lead for the PASS platform and related applications.


• Coordinate application enhancements, projects, releases, and change initiatives.


• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.


• Challenge and assess solutions proposed by vendors and technical teams.


• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Business, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Testing, and external suppliers.


• Manage project planning, execution tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies.


• Support incident resolution and complex problem-solving activities.


• Ensure proper governance, reporting, and communication across stakeholders.


• Drive meetings and workshops with both business and technical teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with RGI PASS.


• Strong understanding of insurance business processes, preferably within P&C.


• Solid technical background with the ability to interact effectively with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders.


• Experience managing IT projects, application evolutions, and vendor coordination.


• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. xysqume
