About the vacancy

The IT Key User is responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to deliver a working product. Their primary responsibility lies in defining a clear vision that aligns with the goals of engineering teams, while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes.

What will you do?

1. Define the product strategy and roadmap
2. Determine the product needs for the customer
3. Develop scoping plans—scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
4. Develop Customer Concept (all groups represented, e.g., YMS, CSP, WMS, etc.)
5. Create IT Hardware list for hardware stream
6. Translate scoping plan and customer concept into a product roadmap (LS/IT planning)
7. Define and iterate the product
8. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver new software
9. Solve development problems as they arise
10. Set up systems with correct configurations
11. Manage product scope to ensure timely and budgeted launch
12. Conduct regular reviews with the customer to assess if the product meets expectations
13. Manage and oversee testing of the complete solution
14. Define testing approach with available resources
15. Test connection between the product and the customers
16. Evaluate test results and work with engineering teams to resolve issues
17. Manage product implementation
18. Define go-live approach with support resources
19. Evaluate go-live results and resolve issues with engineering teams
20. Handover the product to the local operations team

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3-7 years of experience in WMS/Logistics Software implementations, operations management, or software user experience
• Willing to travel regularly
• Leadership skills, initiative, flexibility, problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
